Those of you who've been in the country bar where I work, Cowboy Bill's Honky Tonk Saloon Key West, know we are a favorite stop for all Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard troops who are stationed in the Keys or who are here on temporary duty.
I know military members (I am a U.S. Army vet, 1971-1974) do not make as much money as civilians, nor do the services focus on educating their troops on how to save and invest their earnings. But with proper self-education, you guys and gals in uniform can come out of the service with a head start on savings, education, homebuying and in other areas which will affect your future finances.
Today, I've put together 5 videos for military members and your families which deal with housing, insurance, scams, finances, and more. I believe all five videos are worth viewing if you are in the military today, whether you are active duty, Reserves or National Guard.

We hope our friends in the Armed Forces will return safe and sound in body and mind after their deployments, and we hope you will find these financial videos productive in establishing a more secure financial future.
